To help students of Maharashtra Board, Government has published history Important question papers. Children can score good marks by studying them.
As you know, the Maharashtra Board 10th class history exam is going to be held on 15 March 2025 on Saturday.
The history paper is of 40 marks. Both history and geography papers together form social science which all the children have to attempt and 20 marks are given by the school, so the total result is of 100 marks.

So to help the children Maharashtra government has announced some important questions which you will find here below in this post. History plus Political Science together is a paper of 40 marks, History is for 38 marks and Political Science is for 12 marks, so the total marks are 40.
History Important Questions
Write short notes on : (1) Subaltern History (2) Need of Mass Media (3) Sports and Movies. ( Any one of them ) may appear in the exams.
Explain the following statements with reason – 1) An expert with deep understanding of art history is required in the art market. 2) Archives and libraries publish research journals, informative pamphlets, leaflets posters etc.
Write detailed answers to the following questions : 1) What is Marxist history? 2) Write in detail about folk styles of painting.
